Effective: October 10, 2026
Fin/ite is operated by Julian von Loesch, based in Santa Monica, California. This notice covers this website and inquiries sent to its email address. Any client engagement will have separate confidentiality and information-handling arrangements.
When you write
Your message comes directly to Julian through Google Workspace email. It may include your name, email address, other contact details, message and any attachments you choose to send.
This information is used to respond, discuss your inquiry and keep a record of the correspondence. General inquiries are not added to a customer relationship management system or mailing list, or sent to an AI service.
Please keep a first inquiry brief. Do not send medical records, account credentials, detailed financial records or other highly sensitive information by ordinary email.
Book availability notices
If you request a book availability notice, your email address and the title you request are kept so Julian can send that notice. You can withdraw your request at any time by writing to [email protected]. These requests are not subscriptions to other marketing.
When you visit
Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. It processes technical information associated with web requests, including IP addresses and traffic information, to deliver and secure the site.
The live site also uses Cloudflare’s performance measurement, which collects information about page visits and loading performance. Cloudflare states that its measurement script does not use cookies or browser storage and does not track individual visitors across its customers’ websites. Its network error reporting may also receive technical reports about failed connections.
See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and its explanations of performance measurement and network error reporting.
Cookies and tracking
Fin/ite does not use advertising pixels or cross-site advertising tracking. Its website code does not set cookies. Cloudflare may use necessary security cookies, for example when checking whether a visitor is a person rather than an automated threat. See Cloudflare’s cookie information.
Fin/ite’s own website code does not change its behavior in response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal. It does not operate cross-site advertising tracking for that signal to turn off.
Who receives information
Google Workspace processes email correspondence, and Cloudflare processes website traffic as described above. These providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.
Fin/ite does not sell inquiry information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Nothing from a client relationship is used for Gravion Capital’s benefit.
Retention and requests
Inquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to respond, handle related follow-up and meet applicable legal recordkeeping obligations. Hosting and technical information is handled under Cloudflare’s applicable service arrangements.
You can ask to review, correct or delete information you have sent by writing to [email protected]. Some information may need to be retained to comply with legal obligations. Fin/ite may need to verify that a request comes from the person concerned.
